The restaurant setting is a wooden dome that brings a certain laid back setting. Dimmed lights and organic surfaces will give you a warm and cozy atmosphere. Chef Jens Vincent trusts his signatures and is on the constant journey for improving and perfecting instead of changing. The dishes have a certain nordic minimalism to the eye – but everything is founded in traditional timeless flavour. Restaurant manager Joakim Thomassen brings a perfect balance between the classic service non-negotiables and a relaxed and embracing setting.
